I am so intrigued by this new style of how to practice yoga! Its incredible to be outdoors and doing different poses where you can look up into the sky and take a breath of fresh air. To do this on water seems so challenging and so relaxing at the same time!
If it were not the middle of winter, I would try this, and will have to try it someday soon!
I can just imagine hearing the water and keeping your balance seems so amazing rather than your everyday mat to floor yoga!

On a mountain top
At work, even in your chair
At home, especially at home.
The opportunities are endless to do a practice of poses throughout your day! Do not limit your mind on where you can practice. Its important to have a practice outside the studio and off the mat, to keep you well balanced and familiar with yoga.
